Concierge

(See a guest walking towards the Concierge counter)

Good afternoon, Sir?  How may I help you?

Guest

:

I need to go to this place (guest shows a card with an English address), would you please show me how to get there?

Concierge

:

(Look at the address card)

Certainly, Mr.?

Guest

:

I am Bob Brown.

Concierge

:

Yes, Mr. Brown. If you wait a minute, I’ll try to find out.

(Start flipping through the street map.  Successfully find the location of the address given by the guest on the map.)

Sorry to have kept you waiting, Mr. Brown.  Here is the place that you are looking for (pointing the location on the map and show to the guest)

Concierge

:

May I photo copy the map for you and write the address in Chinese for you to show to the taxi driver?  Also, here is our hotel address card.  You can simply pass it to the taxi driver when you come back.

Guest

:

Oh, you are so nice!  Thank you for your help.

Concierge

:

It’s my pleasure.  Have a nice day, Mr Brown.
