Late Check-out And Day Use Policy

If the Travel Agent is paying for the half day's rate, then the half day's charge will be based on the contracted rate of  the  Travel  Agent and this should be done by the Front Office cashier and  not 
reveal  to the guest. To make sure that if this happens, there's  a  hotel  voucher from the Travel Agent to support this transaction.

NOTE
This is to avoid too many guests requesting for late check out.  If  this happens, the maid will not  be  able  to  have  sufficient  time  to  re-service the room for the new arrivals.

DAY USE
 
If guests who wishes to have a Day Use room, he/she  have  to  check  out before 6 p.m. and the check  in  time  is  at  12  noon.   If  rooms  is available at an earlier time, then it will be given to them after 7 a.m. The room rate for this guest will be based on  50%  off  the  hotel's rack rate and NOT 50% off Corporate Rates. If corporate guest who wished to have a Day Use room, the same  rate  as a non-corporate guest will apply.
 
Corporate guest
If he/she checks out after 6 p.m.  a  FULL  DAY's charge will automatically be imposed. The rate will be based on the corporate rate that the guest's entailed for.
 
 
Non-corporate guest
If he/she checks out after 6 p.m.   automatically the guest will be charged the FULL RACK RATE.
