• Authorities having jurisdiction - AHJ's
• Peers from other properties.
• And more.
It's vital for the maintenance manager to organize these resources. The most effective format is a package containing a spreadsheet for sorting data and a flowchart or mindmap for strategic planning. This package will clearly depict available resources for trouble shooting, research, planning, budget preparation, etc.
These are living documents and data must be updated continuously to be effective. When kept up to date, this package will possibly be one of the most important tools in a maintenance manager’s toolbox.
