SUBJECT: VIP TREATMENT AND AMENITIES 

VIP Treatment and Amenities Credit approval for frequent guests to be approved by General Manager prior to check-in Room allocation prior to arrival should be assigned by an Executive Committee member Upgrade room type (upon availability ) to be approved by General Manager Food & Beverage amenities should be placed in room before arrival (when arrival time is known) Room service to restock and refresh amenities on a daily basis Amenities are to be available and assigned by an Executive Committee member. When allocating VIP amenities, take cultural preferences into consideration Amenities may include any of the following: 

- Fresh fruit and cut fruit with cutlery - Flowers - Full bar stocked with liquor - Champagne /wine - Canapés in afternoon during stay - Personalised toiletries All accommodations are to be inspected by management before arrival of VIP and during their stay Bedside mineral water – minimum standard Inform all departments of VIP’s arrival Management to greet and escort VIP’s Flowers & Fruit – minimum standard Record in guest history what personalised toiletries the guest may like – check in guest bathroom during their stay, what toiletries they use, then offer on later visits
